History/timeline:
Formed in Trondheim by Diesel Dahl and Ronni Le Tekro in 1982... The band played
their first concert on September 25, 1982 at Nidarøhallen in Trondheim, Norway
as support for Uriah Heep... Split up autumn 1992... Reformed in 1996 to record and release "Firefly" (1996 in Japan,
early 1997 in Norway)... Split up again in 1999... Reformed in 2003 for a
Norwegian tour on the "The Big Bang" compilation... In 2004 bass
player Morty Black quites after 21 years in the band. Morty's last concert with
the band was on August 7, 2004 at Torvet (the square) in the heart of Trondheim,
Norway... Tony Harnell announced in April 2006 that he quits the band, this time
for good. Harnell did his last gig with TNT on June 30 at the Polar Rock
Festival in Storsteinnes, Norway. New vocalist announced, Tony Mills (ex-Shy)
who did his first concert with TNT on Friday June 16 at Tjuvholmen Kro in Hamar,
Norway... On April 27, 2011 long-time
keyboardist Dag Stokke died of cancer...
